Kim has been my personal trainer for over (3) years. Kim is energetic and super creative. Incorporating strength training, Pilates, boxing and yoga into a challenging, creative, uplifting hour!


Kim French has been my Pilates instructor for over 5 years! All instruction is extremely careful and professional ! She is very well trained in many disciplines!  An expert in the art of Reiki as well! 


Kim guided me through a total body/mind  transformation. Her knowledge as a trainer enabled me to develop the strength and flexibility I had never achieved with many previous " VIP trainers".


During a golf lesson, the PGA pro commented on how impressed he was with my abdominal strength and how great it was for my swing. Sessions with Kim are always different, working the various muscle groups in multiple ways. Whether it be Pilates ,boxing, TRX or weights, Kim is using a well conceived strategy to get results.


Kim's energy work that she did as part of her services, uncovered the underlying obstacles that were keeping me from being where I wanted to be personally and physically. Kim is a very special person offering a tremendous service to her clients.


After taking more than three years of Pilates training with Kim, my flexibility and strength has significantly increased. This has translated into a better golf game and a much improved golf swing.

I had numerous injuries, including a hip replacement. Kimberly’s yoga and methods of stretching helped me to prepare for the operation, recuperate, and back on the slopes within weeks!
