FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS
Family Constellations is a healing method using figurines, imagery, or place markers like footprints. Bert Hellinger is the founder of Family Constellations. Family Constellations can reflect inner feelings and images that we are unaware of, lying in our unconscious, and basically conducting our lives and keeping us in patterns that limit us.
With Family Constellations, we can become aware of these feeling, ways of being, and patterns and create new perspectives, widening our lens, and shifts in our consciousness.
Personal Training
I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. ACE is consistently recognized in top 5 personal training certifications, considered by all gyms as one of the top certifications. The ACE certification program is based on the Integrated Fitness (IFT) Model which focuses on progressing clients systematically through a workout program while keeping a high priority on safety and injury. For myself, coming from a background of Martial arts and once having been a white belt – Safety, injury prevention, and progression through a system were all factored in as to why I chose ACE.
Self-Defense for Women
Let’s face it, self defense is for everyone and technically, I have sparred with more men than women in my career. Women know what it is to be in fear (even at the very subtle levels) and are all too aware how attacks can happen at any time. Most women can say at one time or another they have feared for their life. Fear plays a role differently in the lives of men and women. Oftentimes, women are physically outmatched by their attacker. However, with self-defense training, women can outwit and outmaneuver an attacker so that their attackers physical strength is not an issue. For this reason, I offer Women’s Self Defense because it is THAT important and THAT empowering!
Yoga
Yoga works on physical, mental, and emotional health. For myself, I came to yoga because it was a way of conditioning my adrenaline response when being attacked (physically, mentally or energetically). As I went up in rank in martial arts, the belt tests became seriously intense. I sought yoga for the breath work, only to find it was so much more than I could have anticipated! The Yoga I teach is a Flow practice with Qigong, Brazilian, and American Jiu Jitsu influences. Qigong flow movements are especially healing. I utilize the other martial art movements for empowerment, grounding and raising the bodies vibration. My practice is definitely geared towards a spinal flow. After all, we are mostly water. Flow is key here!
Yoga-Therapy
Yoga therapy is a series of supported yoga postures designed to let you go deeper into the stretch and relaxation – as an instructor I will hold certain Acupressure points to assist in releasing body tension and trauma. Fun Fact: Thousands of years ago, when soldiers were getting pelted with stones and arrows, many soldiers wounded reported symptoms of disease that had plagued them for years had suddenly vanished. Physicians were baffled by the illogical relationship of body trauma and the recovery of health. Finally, after many years of meticulous observation it was concluded that certain illnesses could actually be cured by striking or piercing specific points on the body. Hence, the practice of Acupressure and Acupuncture were born.
Reiki
Reiki is a form of healing that uses the transfer of universal energy from a Reiki Master to the individual being healed in order to realign their own energy, breath in new life force energy and enough emotional, spiritual or physical healing. For myself, Reiki was something I started doing and learning back in 2002. My Sensei introduced it to us. And I ran with it. It was a means of getting back on the mat quicker after an injury. Reiki was another tool for self awareness, quick recovery, breath mastery, even gauging your opponent in a match.

No one knows your body better than you do. The same can be said for dance. It’s your expression through movement. Movement with great music – at your own pace!
Everybody has an inner dancer! Conscious Dance does not have choreography - it is supposed to be a fun, freeing release! Explore conscious dance to increase your awareness and explore mindfulness in a fun way. Try it and explore meditation through movement!
Conscious Dance let’s you dance without the drink, without the hangover, without having to wait to the next wedding, and without having to wait till evening, or the first persons to get on the dance floor!
